Taylor Swift Covers Vanity Fair

Last month Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour came to London, whilst in the city she took time to shoot the September cover of Vanity Fair. Photographed by Mario Testino at the Beaufort Bar in the Savoy Hotel, Taylor Swift poses gracefully for what is probably one of my favourite Vanity Fair covers of recent times. In the editorial, Swift can be seen wearing several elegant outfits.
In the editorial, Taylor is interviewed by writer Josh Duboff and talks about her recent quest to change Apple's artist compensation rights, her reconciliation with Kanye West, her 'Girl Squad' (a name affectionately given to her group of close friends) and also her style icon status.
“Apple treated me like I was a voice of a creative community that they actually cared about"
“When you’ve got this group of girls who need each other as much as we need each other, in this climate, when it’s so hard for women to be understood and portrayed the right way in the media. . . . now more than ever we need to be good and kind to each other and not judge each other"
“I think I know how to put together a good outfit. . . . But any day you’re going to admit to being a style icon is a day you need to look in the mirror and really check yourself"

Do you agree that this is one of Taylor's best and most stylish photoshoots she has ever done?
