The biggest night in the acting calendar took place in Los Angeles on Sunday, with a plethora of Hollywood stars taking to the red carpet to celebrate all things film!!! It is not just actors who attended this event; musicians, television presenters and models also walked the most famous red carpet in the world. If I had to select my favourite look from this event, then I would probably go for Kate Hudson's breath-taking gown which oozed 'Hollywood Glamour'. I also loved Jaime King's Ulyana Sergeenko dress, it was appropriate for the event but also a little daring. My third choice would be Saoirse Ronan's Valentino embroidered dress. I fell in love with this Pre Fall collection, and after seeing Alexa Chung wearing a butterfly printed dress from the collection last week I was pleased to see one of the embroidered gowns on the red carpet.
I would have liked to have seen a few more dresses with more volume, a real statement dress with a long train, but I guess in Hollywood if you have a figure to die for you want to show it off in a sleek dress!
I'll be posting Paris Week pictures later this week, Stay tuned for that.
