Paris - Exhibiting at Indigo

I am recently back from a trip to Paris to exhibit my fashion embroidery collection at Indigo International Trade Show. It was such an incredible experience to be involved in the hustle and bustle of the industry. To be exhibiting at such a renowned trade show at this stage of my career feels like a huge achievement. It was my first time in Paris, so it was great to see all the famous landmarks and the weather was surprisingly warm for this time of year. In the first picture you can see my design (in purple) hanging on the back wall of our trade stand.

Illustrator - 1st attempt

I had an Illustrator workshop yesterday & I have to say I enjoyed it. Having said that I still prefer putting an emphasis on more traditional skills such as screen print and embroidery, but it is another skill I now have and can develop further and use in future if I wish. The workshop didn't last very long, so I only had time to create this cute child's greeting card design.
